1. It is offsite (i.e. off YOUR site)
2. We keep full snapshots of your data for six months or more (if corruption was introduced on the client's end, we can back track until we find a clean copy)
3. No tape (only a network connection)
4. Encrypted in transport (so no prying eyes)
5. Secure WebDAV (https) access. It is built into Microsoft Windows^TM. All you have to do is log in, map a drive, and navigate your data.
6. Altamente continually inspects your backups to make sure they continue to work. Say you switch out a machine, or have some sort of network implosion. We'll give you a call and let you know your server has not checked in recently. Is everything okay?
