Local Coffee Producer Breaks Out

Altamente is super excited for the launch of a new project which involves a beverage responsible for our every success. Coffee. Without coffee, we dare say our engineering department would not function. When an agricultural cooperative (farmer's group) presented us with the opportunity to extoll the virtues of Cafe Cibales, a locally grown and producted coffee, we could not say no. Will work for coffee? "Sure, anything you say," said the engineers.

A local cooperative came to Altamente looking to ramp up sales ahead of the Christmas season and in line with a renewed strategy for export. The cooperative represents over a hundred small farmers within the interior of Puerto Rico.

The first thing we did was visit the growers and the coffee production plant. We talked to the master roaster, the farmers, the operators. In fact, we talked to everyone we could get our hands on, peppering them with coffee related questions. How does coffee grow? What makes good coffee? What kind of soil or light is required. We even went so far as to taste the ripe cherries. They would make a great pie (just so you know).

What resulted was a firmer grasp of the client's needs, the scope of the operation, and how the web could be brought to bear in accomplishing their goals.

Altamente loves coffee, but we bring this level of commitment to all our clients. It is fun, challenging, and rewarding to help you achieve your goals.

You are our highest priority.
